That changes in Singapore this July.
The APSAE Summit marks the official launch of the Asia Pacific Society of Association Executives (APSAE), a new community-led initiative designed to strengthen association leadership and foster collaboration across the region.

How would you know?
In a world shaped by AI, uncertainty, shifting member expectations, and continuous disruption, the
question is no longer whether change is happening, but whether leadership is evolving with it. Recent AI
leadership research highlights that leadership mindset, more than technology alone, will determine an
organisation's ability to adapt and thrive.
Drawing on The Nomadic Mindsetโข, global leadership research, and insights from nomadic cultures,
Kevin
Cottam takes audiences on a journey into The Movement of the Mind. From discovering their
dominant
Nomadic Leadership Orientation to understanding how the Nomadic Trust Model strengthens trust, nurtures
community, and enables people to evolve together, leaders will gain practical insights to make wiser
decisions, strengthen community, and create associations that do not simply respond to change,
but
confidently shape what comes next.
This keynote is an invitation to think differently, lead courageously, embrace uncertainty
with
confidence, and create a future worthy of your members, your people, and the communities you
serve.

The World's Leading Voice on The Nomadic Mindsetโข
Kevin Cottam has spent more than four decades exploring what it means to lead through change and
uncertainty.
His remarkable journey has taken him from choreographing World and Olympic figure skating champions, to
directing the 1988 Calgary Olympic Games Closing Ceremonies, and leading multi million dollar touring
productions around the world.
His search for a different understanding of leadership then led him into the deserts, mountains, and
grasslands of Mongolia, Kenya, Morocco, and Namibia, where he conducted field research with nomadic
cultures. Those experiences became the foundation of The Nomadic Mindsetโข and The Movement of the Mind.
Kevin has spoken for leading association organisations including ASAE in the United States, MPI in
Europe and the United States, and SITE in Europe and the Middle East. Today he works with organisations
including Novartis, OCBC, Haribo, Club Med, and EU Institutions and Agencies, helping leaders build
trust, strengthen community, and shape future ready organisations.
Kevin awakens the explorer within. Audiences leave inspired to think vastly, lead courageously, embrace
uncertainty, and step boldly into the next chapter of their leadership and life.
